Refund & Return Policy

At Petmartopia, we want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied. If a product isn't the right fit, our return process is designed to be simple and transparent.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@petmartopia.com to request a return authorization.
  • 📦 Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  • 📝 Step 3: Include your Order Number (e.g., #PM1234) and return reason with your package.
  • 🚚 Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.

Note: Items sent back to us without a prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@petmartopia.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (pet food/treats), custom products (personalized tags), and personal care goods (used grooming tools). Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
