At Petmartopia, we want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied. If a product isn’t the right fit, our return process is designed to be simple, fair, and hassle-free.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. We accept returns on both used and opened items — no need for original packaging. If it didn’t work for your pet, we want to make it right.

Return Process

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@petmartopia.com to request a return authorization.
  • 📦 Step 2: Pack the item securely. Original packaging is not required.
  • 📝 Step 3: Include your Order Number (e.g., #PM1234) and return reason with your package.
  • 🚚 Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. We cover return shipping costs — a prepaid label will be provided.

Note: Items sent back to us without a prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@petmartopia.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods (pet food/treats), custom or personalized products, and gift cards. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📧 Return Shipping

Petmartopia covers all return shipping costs. Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. You will not be charged for return postage under any circumstances.
