Thank you for choosing Petmartopia! We are committed to getting your pet's favorites to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@petmartopia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Petmartopia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, please email us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the order is processed.

4. Damages & Issues

Petmartopia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
